Staying Secure Online in Health & Social Services, Monday 17th, Glasgow

Cyber security isn’t only for people who work in IT or might be good with computers. It’s everyone’s responsibility including yours. When cyber criminals target your service or the people who use it you become the last line of defence.

Find out more about the cyber risks associated with health and social care environments and how to protect yourself at this free session.

As a social service worker you’ll have access to digital devices as part of your job. It is necessary to protect and safeguard these devices and the information you have access to. In this session we’ll help you with this and offer straightforward practical advice you can start using right away to protect yourself and the people around you.

This will be a highly interactive session, where you will be able to role play in a live scenario exercise simulating a serious cyber attack on a care service. How would you cope if the same situation happened to you?
